Luftwaffe Museum - Gatow/Berlin (Sept 2000)

Gannet/ Fiat/ F104G

What really replaced the Mosquito - another classic.

I think this is one of the prettiest single seat jet fighters/attack aircraft ever!

Nice one Felix. The Sea Hawk was always one of my favourites too. Long time since I've seen one in the air.

Yes, Orange - I do not remember if it was the last operational scheme (trainer) or a special scheme for it being the last Luftwafffe Canberra flight (into Gatow) in 1994.

Sadly I haven't been to that museum yet.....it isn't that easy if you're the only aviation enthusiast in the family... ::)
