S.A.A Formation

Postby tsunami_KNUW » Tue Apr 27, 2004 8:19 pm

Just found this pic off of Airliners.net and is one of today's top four pics. I've seen small, single-engine aircraft fly in formation, but never heavy jets! I wonder what it would be like to watch them fly over.... :o

Here's the URL: http://www.airliners.net/open.file?id=564346

They showed head on footage of the flypast on the UK news last night ..... the two 747s peeled off into steep left and right turns respectively in front of the presidential podium.......... It was just a pity they didnt have smoke from all engines  :)

strange the Anet admins gave this shot the name of the Airbus and not the Boeing...if i'm right, it's the 747 on the foreground so...

besides that it's an amazing shot!  ;)
