For Ozzy and P51 Jockeys - what's this ?

I read the recent post and threads re the P51 D flight peculiarities when carrying a full load of fuel, and was amazed at the knowledge and information out there considering most of you guys wouldn't have had a lot to do with WW2 (probably why you're still interested ?)
While doing "research" - i.e. perving at old fuel, ammo and pilot guzzling relics in Bazza's Museum and Archives, I remembered this one and wondered if anyone out there also know it.
Clues ? - 2 only. It had a Lycoming engine and Mister Piper's firm had a bit to do with it.
The first correct entry gets 2 free nights accomodation at my place and a Warbirds Flight in a Harvard. Airline tickets to New zealand are not included in the package, nor does this apply to persons living in the South Pacific. Now I'll just go and explain this to my wife...
