yes.......well, four cannons on each side are designed to fire with gunpowder and a piece of foam...haven't tried them yet. they are electronically activated by glowplugs via the transmitter.

Was it some sort of kit? or from scratch?

I note on ebay 'professionally built' kits from say tamiya, seem to sell for a fair whack, and some dont look that 'professional', and they are quite small scale........somthing like that wonderful ship surely would appeal to someone!

I did have some tamiya 1/12 F1 cars that id built, not quite on the same scale as your ship! - but years ago our house got burgled and the perpetrators decided to smash them up....

Beautiful beyond words. As far as donating it to a museum,thats nice, but I think anyone with half your passion for detail would be a fool not make an offer. Awesome job! Truly!
