so you got the 1920x1200 screen to eh? do you run into any power issues when you play FSX? when ever i play for a certain amount of time the green light goes to amber on the magsafe plug. and when i exit i see that my battery has gone down by as much as 7% :o

I have the 2.6 GHz version with 4GB (CAS 5) ram ;)

Strange  :-/

mine is the model prior to yours. you have the 45nm C2D. I have the 65nm C2D. that may be the issue itself but when i got mine there was a 200MHz difference and, like you, I had the money and i was going to spend it ;D But i did buy the memory separate. Apple at the time was charging like $300+ USD for the 4gb option. i got my 4gb for just under $100 USD :D

the mac OS thrives on 4gb of memory, my goodness! it runs incredibly smoother. and its amazing that the OS when nothing else is running it uses 1gb of memory as opposed to 500-600mb on the 2gb. and there have been times when that 4gb is useful. when working with 20,000x6,000 resolution in photoshop is one of them :D
