Yes there is, and numerous variations/paint available. Brian Gladden's freeware 140, available here at the V.
It has a good VC (with a VOR with glideslope, yet!)... only thing I don't like is that it uses the sound from the default 172. Handles fairly realistically.

I did actually buy the Omwings 140, but I prefer Gladden's freeware because of the IFR panel. Using the Omwings real 140 engine sounds for the Gladden model solved the sound problem.
