Well, we practiced the lead pursuit, lag pursuit, some yo-yo's, vertical yo-yo's, Immelmans, and Split-S's. The fun stuff ;D. I got to do a victory roll, while my dad's plane was comin up into slot formation, GOOD footage of that.

High Flight Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earth And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings; Sunward I've climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth Of sun-split clouds - and done a hundred things You have not dreamed of - wheeled and soared

As I'm sure he'll tell you, there's nothing quite like pulling 5 Gs in an inverted pursuit of shooting down your father ;D

Yes, it's a BLAST going inverted into a 5g dive with my dad! It's much different from fs, in fs you're like, eh upside down, big deal, but in rl, you're like WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOO!!! I was gonna do a topgun with the f-14 and the Mig. I'm the f-14 ;D. I didn't do it because my instructor wouldnt let me lol. You know that I would've.

Did your instructor keep telling you that you had "more energy" than the old man?  My dad just couldn't sustain manuevers for as long as I could.  You learn REALLY quickly just how true the "lose sight, lose fight" saying is.

Yea, I could sustain the g's more then my dad could. My guy kept saying back pressure, back pressure and I kept pulling, eventually got him.
