I've known others who wear their food -- most were infants. ;D  At least you'll never starve: if you can heat some water, just stir with your nose -- instant broth! 8)

The reasons for my clear sky at night to admire my comforting Moon.

Note the cloudless sky, indicating a very High Pressure Zone overhead which, this time of the year results in fine, very cold weather...>>>

...and the result of this cold snap means that Fozzer's garden is coated with a blanket of white frost...!

Time of the year to don my Winter Woolies again...;D...LOL...!

Cheers all... ;D...!

Yep, -6 up in Scotland yesterday morning and it barely brushed past 1C either by midday. Even today was freezing. ::) I was shivering going to work.

Nice pics Paul... funny - I also took some of the moon that night - but they didn't come out too good.  :-/ :'(

That's actually quite normal & only appears unusual as we've had mild winters for the last few years. I'm sure that Paul will bear me out on that although he lives a couple of hundred miles north of me where it's usually much colder in winter so he might not have noticed it so much. What is more unusual is that although we've had similar conditions down here for the last few days the green leaves are still on many of the trees so we've had no autumn to speak of. I noticed the difference yesterday when I visited my daughter who lives near Coventry. Shame I never took any photos to show you.

Very nice shots Paul...now don't forget to file a flight plan ;)

We still have lots of colour in the trees here and we have had two days of snow flurries.

There is no snow on the ground as of yet in our area but it is very cool an night and still on the plus side during the day.

Have had no heavy frost like you have there Paul but I expect it is coming soon enough.

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

Beautiful flying weather for me! Clear as glass, vis for miles, and even better, at the end of the week, no wind at all! Hoorah. Made max drift calculations easy for navigation!
