What the heck happened?!  ???

Anyone know why this happens to my uploads every once in a while?  Mods?

I'll try to resubmit them, but I don't know why this happens.

Could have to do with the file name you gave it, make sure your image name is unique.

I have made a similar mistake once by using a file name that was the same as someone elses and replaced their photos with mine :-[
