I think Woodlouse snowman was more stable...because that picture was moments before it fell.



My snowman was built entirely by moonlight. And so wasn't really as upright as i'd have wished. It had fallen down by about 10am the next day. Never looked quite the same again. :( :)

I built mine in like three hours with three other people. (As seen in the photo). Among that three hours was snow fights and rolling the snowballs.

Mine took about five hours. But I did build it up from nothing and the snow didn't stick together all to well due to it being truely freezing. I also had to use a wheel barrow to hunt around for enough snow to build it. About 7 or 8 barrow loads in all.

For those who havn't tried it I would highly recommend building a snowman in the dark. As the entire landscape is snowcovered all the light is reflected from the moon and it all looks fantastic. The whole area also turned a soothing pink when some clouds deflected the light pollution from falmouth. It was brilliant. ;D
