Hiya Ranger. I use Photoshop Elements 2.0.
It is an effect that you call "fill" and "color burn". Then you set the "transparency" level to what you think is best. It is kind of like dying and "Easter Egg"!  ;D

Oh, to answer your questio, none that I am aware of.  ???
