B-25+P-40 In the Air in Formation

Postby BlackAce » Sat Jan 14, 2012 12:25 am

Ok; a couple years ago my dad was able to go up in a B-25 at an Airshow, and was lucky enough to find himself next to one of the two P-40's at the WarHawk Air Museum.
Note: the P-40 has a different paint now.  (http://www.warhawkairmuseum.org/virtual_tour) If you want to see it.

Wonderful shots...thanks for posting them... ;)

Thanks for the Link also... :)

In Shot #1 there are several agricultural fields that are circular for the use of:

Wonder if they are growing those Idaho potatoes we see here every so often... ;D

Haha... Can't grow them now, its to cold, but when you fly out to the south of Idaho, (because the north is all mountains)  Its all farmland, and I used think of them as Radars.

No, I haven't been to Rexburg.  We sometimes fly our C185 for fuel, but not for the fly ins
