Well, shouldnt be TOO hard to guess, specially for us Canucks! hehehehe make sure you're sitting down before you see the picture..

if anyone wants to go see her, shes at Downsview in Toronto. at the Toronto Aerospace Museum. 8-) if i have time i'll post more shots of the museum later.

CF-105 Arrow? But is it a mock up? because I thought all original prototypes were destroyed?

CF-105 Arrow? But is it a mock up? because I thought all original prototypes were destroyed?


indeed soui, hehe 'tis the arrow! and yes its a full size model, they 'rolled her out' on thanks giving day 2006 (Canada) and she's sitting at Downsview Airport in Toronto. BEEEYOOOOTEEEEFULLLLL machine! i couldnt believe me eyes 8-) even today the arrow could putperform nearly any modern day fighter :o and this is 50's technology! too bad politics got on the way >:(

Yeah really is a shame! That plane was made in a wrong era! Kinda like the TSR2! The Cf-105 certainly is a beauty!


Btw.. I saw a movie years ago about the Arrow and it's demise. In the end of the movie it said that one of the prototypes was missing and might still exist... Is there really such a legend?

I'd be kind and class it a full size model, rather than a mock up. Nice looking aeroplane. :)
