Bonfire night

Postby Hagar » Sun Oct 31, 2010 12:25 pm

I know it's not November 5th yet. Littlehampton traditionally has its bonfire early so it doesn't clash with the celebrations at Lewes. http://www.lbs.me.uk/12.htm
I went along with the camera to try & capture a little of the atmosphere.

A few shots of the funfair along the seafront.

The bonfire. Not as big as previous years due to EU H&S regulations.

Almost time to go home.

Great set Doug, I've always loved to sit by a fire and poke it with a stick, trying to make others think I know how to make the fire just so.  8-) ;)

Excellent time-exposure shots, Doug...!

...the fair always reminds me of the Santa Clara Boardwalk Fun Park near Monterrey Bay, Cal.

P.S. The last pic reminds me of last Christmas's oven-roasted Chicken, after a delayed trip back home from the Pub... ;D...!

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.
