Popham classics

Postby Hagar » Wed Apr 14, 2010 2:54 pm

I've been looking forward to this. The Jodel fly-in at Popham last Sunday was the first one of the season. It was much cooler than Saturday with a strong breeze & hazy cloud for most of the day. The event was well supported with over 80 examples of the Jodel/Robin family. I took so many photos it's difficult to know what to post.* Plenty of other types turned up including some vintage classics.

[color=#000000]Beautiful shots Doug. I looked at the album and my favorites were Mistress and Van's RV7.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Wonderful shots Doug and the Album was fabulous...good idea... ;)

Seems we have three days of rain ahead of us right now so most of the local bugsmasher fields with grass runways will be a tad soft... :)
