Mini Challange

Postby expat » Thu Apr 01, 2010 5:39 am

The Mini Challenger is a race series run by BMW in Europe and the UK. The cars are all the same and prepared by the same company. In this case for Germany Heggeman. They produce everything from A380 toilets, Extra undercarriage to parts for F1 teams (up until his exit from F1 Flav was a frequent visitor with his Challenger G-FBF1). Heggeman is my second neighbour (Aerosoft being the other). Before the cars are delivered it was test day on our taxi way and in front of the Air Berlin (plug, plug) hanger yesterday.

Had to laugh..............they left the drink holders in ;D

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Nice shots, I wouldn't mind giving them a run around.

The were giving them a good thrash on the taxi way and to be honest, they did not look that fast. I suppose it is a perspective thing. If you are sat down deep in a roller skate then it must feel like mach 3
