Good for you! It will get more fun as it gets more challenging. The C152 is a great trainer- you will develop good habits flying a 152. don't be tempted by the 4-seaters until you have some more time. You have years yet to make videos and take friends/family for rides.

I still have my old Jepp bag, and the textbooks... I found that stuff very useful; easy to understand.

...I love the way the little Cessna 150's and the 152's seem perfectly balanced aircraft....and very forgiving....

Thanks guys.  ;) Its alot better to actually get up there and fly than fly on your sim so much. I read most of the books in my Jepp bag learning new stuff and what not. I should be going back up again next month I hope and ill try to get some new pics and post them.

Soon enough ill be flying on my own having my friends and family take pics of me flying!  ;) Feels alot better to have flown on the forum now because with my age alot of people thing I just onto a simulator and fly 747's and 737's and crash them into the runway!  ;D

Not sure if it's allowed or not, but if you can arrange a flight into Moffett I would be happy to snap some shots of your landing. It's a federal airfield though, so I'm not sure what the restrictions are.  I see plenty of Bizjet and Choppers (google and microsoft execs) take off, not sure if it's closed to GA though.

See if your library has "Stick and Rudder" by a gent named Wolfgang Langewiesche, probably the best text on 'how to fly an airplane' ever written.
