Dunmail - 11th August

Spent a day up in the lakes for the usual reason....awfully quiet with only one Tucano through the pass and one hawk overhead. A pair of tucanos did get to the entrance but decided against it after seeing all the clag that was moving in from Thirlmere...

The view over Thirlmere in the morning (which was sunny :D)

The loop had over 50 passes that day, 26 of which were from French alphajets, along with a Saudi Typhoon...... >:(

Carriers would be so mush easier to land on if they would just stop turning!!!

Two stunning captures, Mic. I'd like to see more pictures of the landscape around this area. It really looks good! :)
