The bad part is this bike was built for speed. I just want a cruiser, but the price was right.
The bike originally came with a 1000cc stock, but has been warmed over to 1200cc and has a twin coil ignition system, high flow drag pipes, the only Edelbrock motorcycle carburetor I've ever seen, and a few other non essential items. :-/
Most of my work will be undoing all the speed stuff.
I've had the sporty death traps, now I want a loud cruising death trap.
I would leave it as is then downgrade when you need to rplace worn parts...
