Quick question
Does anyone know how hot these get to?
That is hard to say, as it will depend on what the engine is doing at the time. At idle you will see
around 430 degrees C, but that depends on whether you have bleed selected, packs on or anti ice. Of course, with an increase in throttle position the temperature will increase, take off 675 ish. However these temperatures are turbine temperatures and not jet pipe temperatures, so it will be a little cooler back here.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
