These aren't bad at all but I would like to see them bigger. 800 pixel width would make all the difference. As for compression spoiling them, why did you compress them so much? The forum limit is now 150 Kb per image.

Looks like a nice setting for an airshow!

As far as picture quality goes, just practice, practice... I'm also still struggling to get nice shots of fast moving warplanes.  ;)
