Winter or Spring??

Postby expat » Wed Mar 05, 2008 11:40 am

Three Shots at EDLP today. The second was taken about 30 minutes after the first. The third was taken about 15 minutes after the second. Seems the weather just has no idea at the moment.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Weather looks correct to me.......after all, it is still winter ('til Mar 21) and this is what you should expect as you head towards Spring...... ::)

Yeah, it's typical to have one or two days like that in N. America this time of year... had a day like that in Newark just last week: sunny with broken puffballs when I left the house for the hardware store. Ten minutes later when I came out into the parking lot the vis was about 1/2 mile and there was heavy, wet snow blowing sideways. Stopped about an hour later.
