Its rare that you see these around central Texas, unless the president is in town.  I wonder if they're here because of all the high water rescues lately due to flooding.  I'll have a few flooding pics to post later as well.

For us Europeans perhaps... but the US-citizens probably refer to them as Dolphins... But you have a point!  ;D
