For the R/C guys........

Postby Rifleman » Fri Jul 06, 2007 1:31 am

At Christmas time, Wendy got Ken a new electric plane.......not much more than a trainer, but with a little lightening, it appeared to come in as a fine early evening/early morning flyer.......

Well it has become just that, but more than that, it's become a way for me to show my friends at this site here, a little more of what the hobbyist in me can do and show more of my area.....I hope you enjoy.

The camera I just got today in the mail is a beaut !.....small as a finger, has 128 MB of onboard storage, has a USB charged LiPo for power, and best of all weighs only 20 gms.........all this, and delivered to my door from Alberta for the grand sum of $84.75....I think I did OK on this deal.........I have a link to the vid in our video section, but to avoid lots of clicking you can see it here........

:o ooohhh a golf course!  it looks nice.  I wish I was out hitting the links right now.  Cool vid by the way.  I've always wondered what it would look like if I could mount a mini camera to a model airplane.  My brother in law put a nanny cam on a R/C car and drove it around.  I couldn't go very far from the receiver though without losing signal.  What type of camera did you put on there?
