That's just the basket scraping over the ground people!




A bit more westerly wind and he would have ended up in my garden!




Aaah... I think he just broke it...




Voila, about the most exciting event this evening at Ruiselede, Belgium!  ;)

I don't think he broke it; I believe there's a way to spill the hot air out of it at times like that so it's less likely to get dragged more by the wind.

Back on the mainland, I saw many hot air balloons..........these days, not a chance with so much water to come down in.........not a thing I'll be seeing any time soon .....
