While you where sleeping

Sun rise at EDLP, 04:30 and 04:45. I had just finished the pre-departure check on an A320 towards the end of night shift.
The pictures are taken with my mobile/handy/cell phone. Ironically, my digital camera is 2.1 Mega pixels and my phone is 3.2!!

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

It is a Sony Ericsson K800i. It has more functions as a camera than a phone ;D but it was free with my contract renewal so I am not complaining.

Wonderful Matt...very nice.  :)

I find pre-dawn the best part of the day, I think all our family does.  :)

Nothing like being up, shaved, showered and shampooed and watching a lovely sunrise from 1500 feet in a bugsmasher with a good hot cup of coffee or tea.  ;)

However having said all that we do enjoy a lovely sunset as well.   ;)

Unfortunately I generally get to see them at the end of a night shift, in real need of a shower, shave and all over shampooing and in desparate need of a coffee ;D
