When the cops are having fun...

Seriously! I'm amazed!

This morning a chopper buzzed over my roof... on of the federal police's MD-500's

But in the afternoon, it was back... and the pilot meant business!  :o

These shots were taken in a span of 5 seconds! These guys are nuts! They performed this stunt over and over again... sadly not closer to me than this... man, does this chopper have POWER! It climbs like a rocket and drops like a bolder...

In the end, they got their sences back, and made a closer fly-by...

Next time over the fields next to my house guys...  ;)

Cheers,

Nice shot Kris.....lucky they weren't after you,.....they way they move, they'd have caught you........

Now for Eng 101 lesson here....... ;)

bolder = more bold, as in a personality trait
boulder = a large rock

.......just helping, not picking...... 8-) you could be right though, it would take quite a bold pilot to make a deadfall auto-rotate if not needed, but in fairness, I guess they do have to practice it somewhere......might as well be where it can be photographed..... ;D

Thanks Ken, hint taken... ;)

Yup, they do have to train... but on a saturday, with all the people at home? I'm not sure... somehow I think they would choose less populated area's, in case something goes wrong... it was cool to see though...
