That wet dog smell....

Postby TSC. » Tue Feb 13, 2007 12:11 pm

Hi all,

Well my mum is down for a while visiting & she brought her dog Charlie with her, so I took the time today to take it down to the beach.....

Charlie came aswellImage

Think I might get this last one printed off for mum & dad:

Had a great time, which is good because it's absolutely tipping it down now >:(

What a happy doggy!!  ;D ;D ......... I wish we lived closer to the sea so that Woody could experience it .... he's mad enough in the river.

Definitely; that fresh, briney smell masks the true essence ... ;D Sticky black river mud is another thing you won't get from those trips to the beach.

But some urban bays can add a certain special something to a wet dog... :D

Thanks for the kind replies guys, he is a cool dog, but a complete wimp aswell ;D Mum & dad had a bit of a scare with him a couple of years ago when the vet thought he may have bone cancer in one of his legs, which would've required amputation, like good ol' Peg, Seans dog. Thankfully he turned out to be ok.

Cheers,

It's probably the remainder of those delicious dins you cook Paul - more than likely unwittingly slopped down your jumper Image
