Mig 15....lousy positioning of the information board IMNSHO  >:(

Planning on heading there next sunday. I see that even with the time to plan they still pack em in tightly. ::)

Not quite so bad as the American Air Museum at Duxford though  ;)

At least with the smaller planes being suspended you manage to get in between them a bit. Cosford has always felt a bit restricted to me, as if the planes were at arms length. At least here you get in amongst them.

i read the new hanger opens soon, anyone got a pricise date, i mite head down their a week later to avoid busy crowds adn screaming kids ;D

The majority of these shots are from the new hanger.
It opened on 8/2/07.

One of our admirable collection of captured Luftwaffe types. If only we'd kapt all of them - they could make a museum all to themselves!
