Leeming today (1st Feb 2007)...

A few (unspectacular) shots from a Leeming base, packed full of Hawks in the circuit (and a few visitors!) ;D

Wahay....more military shots! I was getting worried about how many aluminium tubes you were posting :)

Nice close up on the hawk nose  :D

I take it these were all taken with your super expensive 400mm?

Well, they were taken with my 400, but i wouldn't say it was super expensive. Cheers too :)

How can you say these shots are unspectacular? Maybe to you they are a common sight, but I still get marveled by the quality! Those Hawks seem so close I can almost touch them... cool!  :)

They're very common to me! Steven even managed to get one of me (it isn't a very interesting shot - the only shots he's ever had of me were from several thousand feet below or directly below! :))! ;D

Hey Charlie! Didn't you fly the Tucano's? Or do you mess around in those neat hawks? I can't remember...

Yes, but not anymore, and no, I'm afraid they've had enough common sense not to let me near the Hawks! ;D
