A P-80 that they're going to make into a static display. See the uphill runway ? And that road next to it, that looks like a taxi-way ?  I actually taxied all the way down, thinking I'd use that taxi-way.. but had to back-taxi to the ramp.. oh well ;D

The plane we had today..  N581ES, 1986 C172N (pretty sure).. behind my right shoulder

Another right-side view, taking off, runway 27..

Oops  :-[   See how well I (don't) know my military aircraft ?

The runway is paved.. going uphill.. That road coming back (does not meet the apron).. looks just like a taxi-way if you've just landed on 27 (the shot is facing westerly). Because of the uphill runway's little turn-around area looking like it meets that road, until you crest at the end.. well.. you get the idea.

Neat-o. I was working all weekend... and good weather, too. Darn.
Don't feel bad about the T-33: it is, after all, just the trainer variant of the P-80, basically. ;)

To the owner of an aircraft housed in those old hangars, "character" means leaks, birds, mice, and crummy doors. ;D
But what a nice little airport... very homey.
Is there a restaurant there?

Nice shots!! :)

The hangers there almost look like the ones at KVAY South Jersey Regional right Rotty!!

The ones at KVAY might be in a little better shape!

No restaurant at the field.. but they had coffee and doughnuts.. and about three offers to drive us into town  ;D

Next time I fly there.. I'll time it to be a fuel stop. Then I won't feel guilty riding into "town" for what would probably be a great breakfast..
