"Witchcraft" was suposed to be in KMGJ yesterday also but, it  didn't fly in Friday with the other two as scheduled.
I hear it still has some minor problems.
It is the only airwothy (still flying)  B-24 left in the wold.


Are you sure about thats the only b-24, because ive seen another one that tours the country

The LB-30 being the UK designation of a B-24. :)

Interesting. Apparently the LB-30 was designed specifically for British requirements and had no direct USAAF counterpart. It was also the first version of the Liberator to be equipped with power turrets. http://home.att.net/~jbaugher2/b24_5.html

So, I guess the Collings Foundation is actually correct in saying that theirs is the only (true) B-24 still flying. :)

BTW I ordered a copy of "kelly's Heroes", thanks to you guys! :D
