Where's Rottydaddy?

Postby beaky » Thu Aug 24, 2006 11:06 pm

Okay, this should be fun... not challenging, just fun.
I was going through some stuff, scanning some old memorabilia, and found this official portrait of the entire staff of the Athenaeum Hotel in Chautauqua, NY, summer 1981. It was my summer job before going off to college... I was a dishwasher (my only professional skill at the time- LOL). Let's see who can "find Rotty" first. Not hard, but it should be good for a laugh... although I don't look much different than I do now (just  a lot younger).
My girlfriend at the time was a maid there (also pictured; see if you can guess which one). It was a great summer.
There's also some goosing going on; two examples. :D

Can you spot the two "goosings"?

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

Very funny, Dave... actually, I think that woman was the girlfriend of the woman to her right...  :-X

I can't believe how close you guys got; before we bust the thread limit, I'll reveal all:

This handsome young feller... is me!!! Got the hat at Madison SquareGarden on the Moving Pictures tour, I believe.... probably cost $5 back then.  The beard? Well, let's just say that was a big mistake... :D

The girlfriend... that lasted about another year, but we're still friends, believe it or not... damn, that was a long time ago... but she still looks good. When she's not squinting, that is... ;D

Yes, Steve got totally busted here; I forget the girl's name, but she was not amused...

A very, very subtle goose...excellent technique.  LOL!

I shared a room in the "dorm" (more like a run-down old barracks, actually) with this guy Jay... as you can see, he was a bit of a comedian.

Sigh... so little imagination, and apparently never heard of Google, etc...

The "goose-er" administers the goose, and the "goose-ee" is the, uh, recipient.
