I'd rather use a cunning device, called a lamp, to brighten them up a bit...

Soesterberg is cool isn't it?

Did ya go to the Aviodrome? That place is also getting much better!

Edit: Did ya make a photo of the F-15 on soesterberg... It's the first ever operational F-15!

Would you rather they were left in the elements to rot away....

Rather see them flying actually. :P

Not as bad as the Battle of Britain exhibit at Hendon....they deliberately make it dark and pump in exposion sound effects, a real pain for taking pics.

Good effort though in the dark, how about using PSP to lighten them up a bit!

Its a bit grainier but shows more of the plane;

The BoB exhibit at Hendon was perfectly lit when I went there a few years ago.

What a lovely MkIX. The new layout of the BoB hall at Hendon does make photos a little tricky without a tripod as it is a little dark! Most of mine from the hall came out a little blurry on my digital camera!

Actually, it's the bridge the nasty old germans managed to defend with an SS Panzer battalion. :P

I had a similar problem in the Viking Skip Museet in Oslo and the Vasa Museet in Stockholm. In Oslo I managed to get a lot of good shots with a flash and three second exposure by keeping very still and leaning against walls. In Stockholm I was recovering from a sleepless night on a train so the pictures didn't come out nearly so well. :P
