BWCA Pre-shots (I'm in one too!)

Postby Mobius » Sat May 27, 2006 11:42 pm

Well, I got back from the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness last night and I took loads of pictures with my new camera, so I figured I would share a few.  These first shots are just few of the ones that I took, and I'm even in the second shot! ;D  I'll post the rest of the shots after I exchange pictures with the three other guys I went with, so there will be some more of me. ;)

A shot from the first day of one of our canoes...

MEEEE! ;D  Kind of....Actually it's a shot I took of me sitting on the shore of a lake (Iron Lake) with my boots in the shot, I thought it was kind of interesting...

Thanks for looking, expect more in the next couple of days hopefully.  All these pictures were taken with a Pentax Optio W10. :)

Very nice shots... Looks like a very soothing place... though I'd fear for my camera, so close to water and canoes...  ;D

Thanks for the comments guys.  Yes, it was very soothing.  I just finished school, so it was nice to just sit under a tree with absolutely nothing to do.  I have to start work next week though :'(, it's fun though, and I make money. :)

That's why I searched and searched for a waterproof/dustproof camera.  I forgot to take some underwater shots though, I'll have to do that this summer. ;)

Beautiful. Another reason I'm pining for Oshkosh... love it up there in the lake country.
