No problem, let me help you :)

Okay, first off, you'll want a good resizing and compressing program like Irfanview. Just download the program, then follow these tutorials telling you how to use a variety of programs to get a pic within forum guidelines (a tutorial for Irfanview is there, posted by Omag ;)
