You have now inspired me to go on the roof of the building where I work at night to take some pics.

I am in New York right across from Laguardia Intl. and sometimes I think those planes making finals out of the night sky come in at around 2,000 - 1,000 feet! Sometimes it is breathe taking watching them come in for a landing with all night lights on, they fly so low!
Its only in your mind, strong mind, strong soul and nobody can take that from you!

I would love to see those pictures.  I've been trying
some night shots but, the digital is having problems
focusing in the dark.  I will have to play with the manual
settings or pull out the old Cannon SLR and use real
film.  Then have it transfered to disc of coarse.

Well it would be difficult to produce those shots for you. But I will try to keep a fresh battery in the digital camera and have the camera in my car at all times. Eventually one of these nights when I do stay late at work aircrafts will be making those low approaches and I can get those out. It is not every night they make low approaches like that.

Once in a blue moon!
