No, no, it's:
"Iif you're goinnggg, to Saaan Fraaaansisco...
Be sure to weeeaarr... some flowers in your haaaaiirrr..."
That song always annoyed the hell out of me... ;D
But seriously (yeah right), I'd love to see some of those archaeological treasures, should you decide to have a go at processing that film. Remember, "disc only, please", it's even easier than saying "something for the weekend, please"....
;D

BTW: ever been to San Fransisco? I think I have a couple of old pix of my first time there- visiting relatives; no parents with me, age 15. Long past the Summer of Love, but it was pretty darn groovy. Beautiful city, and a hetero dude is like a fox in the henhouse there nowadays... many frustrated women... ;D :D
I need to go back sometime.

No doubt; I was just offering the other one, since it popped into my head. And stuck there for a while, dammit...!! >:(
Serves me right... :P
And BTW, I realize I typed it "worng" earlier; I know it's "San Francisco". I can't type well, but I do know that if you ever go there, don't say "'Frisco". The locals hate that.  ;D

I have always had a fascination with San Francisco since purchasing the Flight Sim "Flight Unlimited II"... ;D...!
Ever since that time...1996?...I have sim flown exclusively "Frisco!" and the Californian Pacific seaboard every day since... 8)...!
I now more familiar with California than I am with my own country... :o...!
LOL...!
Of all the places in America, San Francisco is the only one place I would have loved to have visited...
(But not in the earthquake season)...LOL...!
...much too late now... :'(...!
So I will get my trusty Cessna 152 out of my hangar at Half Moon Bay, KHAF, annoy the ATC at San Francisco International airport, KSFO, by flying across the Bay without clearance, and having a nice breakfast at Livermore, KLVK...
...then maybe a trip down the coast to Santa Barbara for a paddle in the sea, a nice ice-cream, and chat up some of the beach-babes, as I do... :-*...!
LOL...!

Paul...in dream-land again, as usual... ;)... ;D...!

Hmmm. I reckon that must be getting a tad boring by now. I like a bit of variety myself but have to admit spending most of my time puttering around my local area. When I was more interested (haven't fired up any of my sims for goodness knows how long ::)) I enjoyed making it look more like it does in real life. More correctly, how it looked back in the 1960s so I can relive my yoof. Happy days. 8) ;)

PS. Then my hard drive fried & I lost the lot and most of my enthusiasm with it. :'(

The word is "pottering", Doug... ;)...!

"Puttering" is wot 'appens when your Tiger Moth is running out of Avgas... ;D...!
LOL...!

The reason I like California is 'cos of its variable, undulating scenery,
mountains, hills, rivers, lakes, recognisable road systems, lots of airstrips, private and commercial, and of course, the gorgeous Pacific Ocean... 8)...!
I can now fly VFR round the State, just by recognising all the landmarks... ;D...!
...and I have populated most of the airfields with my LAGO Flight Sim Enhancer, so I feel quite at home now... ;)...!

Doug...
Pack up your sun cream, Bermuda shorts, flowery shirt, wide-brimmed hat, sandals, the obligatory "shades", squeeze yourself into my trusty '152, and I'll run you over to Watsonville, Cal, for the usual fly-in, air race, exhibition, etc, and I'll buy you a nice cool ice cream as you sit on a deck-chair, dipping your toes into the Pacific Ocean and being eyed-up my the local lovelies....:)...!
..now doesn't that sound much nicer than mixing it up with the riff-raff motorcycle Rockers at Bridlington-on-Sea... ;)...?

Choices...choices... ;)...!

LOL...!

Cheers Doug...!

Paul....with a Santa Barbara sun-tan....all over... ;)... ;D...!

Puttering describes the sound of the Gipsy Major engine in a Tiger Moth perfectly. Music to my ears. 8)

Sounds nice when you put it like that. I visited LA once but got called back off my hols & missed my intended trip to San Francisco. :'(

PS. Sorry BMan but I didn't care much for what I saw of Sunny California. Far too hot & smoggy for me. I prefer the East coast.

From what I see, (Web-cams), and hear, (LA Times), of Los Angeles it doesn't seem a very nice place to live/visit... :'(...!

Lots of Smog, and rather unpleasant residents in certain areas... ;)... :'(...!

Now "Frisco"....(sorry Rotty!), is a different kettle of fish... ;)...!
Often lots of "Fog", rather than "Smog", but a fantastic City, (try "Midtown Madness 2" for a free-bee trip round the City), and an excellent base for discovering Mid California....(wine counties: Sonoma County)....  8)...!

Paul...California Tourist Board... 8)... ;)... ;D...!
