Oshkosh #10: The Flea Market

I almost bought a plane!  The fact that I know absolutely nothing about building on prevailed finally and my checkbook excaped intact, but it was CLOSE!

Just for fun, how many different aircraft (or parts of) can you find here?  :)

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
