ww1 biplane formation photos

Postby StrutterGunner » Mon Jun 06, 2005 10:09 pm

These were taken with a disposable camera this weekend at the Friendly Foes over the Falls airshow in Niagara Falls. All air to air shots were taken from the rear seat of a Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutter. My apologies for photo quality, I had to crop and resize many photos due to the disposables tendency to really pull back on photos.

Wonderful shots. These are too good not to see so I fixed it for you. Next time paste the path to the image in between the brackets, replacing the letters URL.

Hi StrutterGunner :)

Wonderful shots...just wonderful ;)

From 1909 to 1921 is one of my favorite periods of aviation.

And of course you posted one of my favorite aeroplanes, the SE5A..thank you  ;)

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
