It looks big compared to that spit. It's not my favorite warbird to be honest.  ;)

Kevin is going to need new undie elastic after seeing these shots Doug ;) Pity some big blue thing got in the way of that MkII in the last shot ;D

A nice set Doug.....as my Avatar indicates, I have a partiality towards them - who says size doesn't matter.   They always strike me as being an engine on wheels....

Mark was wrong about a Spit?  If that can happen, then I am forced to question the true nature of the universe!  Can anything really be true?  :D

Hi Doug:

Every time I see a Corsair painted in that livery I think of Lt. R. H. Gray Victoria Cross, Distinguished Service Cross who served with the Royal Canadian Navy Volunteer Reserve.
He sank a Jap destroyer while flying that type unfortunately he was killed in action doing it.
