Which brings us to that. And its all true:) cracks me up everytime i read it.

Very good Craig. I must save that. ;D

Strangely enough I've managed several visits to various parts of the US without passing through Atlanta once. :o
Maybe I should submit an application to the Guinness Book of Records for this amazing achievement. ::) ;D

Ive never been there either, but Ive noticed a similer situation in chicago, at the boring airport whos name escapes me, and in indianapolis. If you are going to chicago, you must first stop at KIND, no matter wich direction you come from. On the other hand, if you are going to KIND you must stop in chicago... Ive flown between KMCI (Kansas City) and KIND several times, and we always have to stop in Chicago.

Amen to that! :)

And CragL -- that was a HILARIOUS link.  I end up through Hartsfield quite often, since I end up flying with Delta despite their abysmal legroom (it's called ** cheap ** ).  Does anyone remember when Hartsfield's notorious inter-terminal trains had that eerie, evil, B-grade science-fiction, monotonous, metallic robotic voice saying "please step back. doors are about to close and will NOT bounce back."   Always gave me the chills.  And visions of people disected by doors that don't bounce back.

Rottydaddy: thanks for the compliments.  I got lucky this time!

Oh PS:

Another common Hartsfield phenomenon -- missed approaches! They pack those aircraft close there! :)

I never got on the train, i chose to walk the tunnel. Alot safer:) Although it was a mirical i ever found the entrance to the tunnel, it was just a little entrance off the side of the terminal. Its a god awful airport.

Hahaha, the article made a reference to headcrabs, which a few of you may realize as the nasty little parasites in my favorite 2 FPSs of all time-Half-life and Half-life 2. Funny article  ;D
