Not jumping in late for any reason, other than I was busy, but the wing-root, the upper windshield which is in line with the lead-edge of the wing, the faired wing struts and the ladder-type step, which are all visible in the original image, had me believing it to be a Gull-Wing Stinson Reliant......I have plans for an 18" model of this, which were given to me be a very dear old friend who is no longer with us......this bird was one of Murray's all time favs.....
