Hard to explain the feeling of having your hat and sunglasses blow of your body from the propwash of a P38 ;D

Man if only we had been allowed to get that close to the aircraft as they were prepping to fly :)

Great pics!

The first two photos above were right after finishing the flight, Glacier Girl and Porky II parked nose to nose, I tried to get a good photo of them like that but since I was right at the front couldn't squeeze it in the frame and by the time I moved back a little, well you guessed it the rest of the people there filled my gap:)

Thanks Flying Trucker, you know I was a little disappointed though, there was scheduled to be a DC3 but it never made it, and we all know my feelings for a 3 are:) . I was looking forward to seeing it land there, the last one they had visit clipped the tree tops on the way in.
By the way that is the reason for the T33 not landing the runway is only about 3,600 feet, so the pilot said no, :(
Better safe than sorry though!

Yes Hagar you can call me whatever you like! And thank you!!
I have decided a name change because of the fact that recently I have been told by numerous people(none here) that I'm afraid of change and am quite "boring" so that is the reason for a name change, plus it is election year ;D
