In September of 2003, Zoltan Veres flew his American-made Culp's Special biplane under Budapest's one-thousand-year-old Chain Bridge as part of a Hungarian national holiday.

Fun to do in simulators, and nice to see a picture of it in real life

I was actually there chaps But not flying
This was the St. Stevens Day last year (St. Steven is Hungarys patron saint), and the bridge was only opened in 1849 (designed by one Mr. Clark, and built by another ), and was the first permanent link between Buda and Pest.
For really mad check out the pass made by Peter Besenyei in his Su-29, inverted under the same bridge

The same guy, Zoltan Veres, is going to attempt 70 continuous rolls to set a record on May 28 at 9:30am (Hungarian time) in Eger, Hungary.

Just been on the news here (about 1 min ago) that Zoli set the new record today, its been acknowledged by the Guiness Book. He is nearly as bok as me

Yep it was on AV Web yesterday, he did 70+ rolls in an Extra 300S, lost count, and kept going
