question: There didnt happen to be any planes of the jet engined variety did there? harriers in particular

Answer: No jets allowed. It was a vintage light aircraft fly-in. :P

The BBMF just happened to be passing through. I have no idea why that beautiful Mustang showed up. :o

Not that I'm complaining you understand. ;D

Only 2 in existence & they were both at Abingdon. Parked next to one another. I have shots. :)
