Just a little resizing and not much more, other than a minor crop to fit my laptop .......can't wait for April to arrive and see the boys of spring when they get here for their annual workups with new members of the Snowbirds.....
In the harbour of Nanaimo......I found a Flying Truck....er.....
Thanks Ken...Wonderful shots of the Greatest Bush Plane ever made...hear they are talking of putting her back in production...
The Old girl and I were in a restaurant the other day in Belleville Ontario with a few other Old Retired Rocking Chair Flying Geezers when some folks sat down next to us, heard us talking about aviation and asked if we knew where the Maple Airport was/had been....well by gosh...it is a small small world.
What terrific shots! What is your new camera and lens combo?
An Aircraft Mechanic only needs two tools, Duct Tape and WD40. If it moves and it's not supposed to - use the Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and it's supposed to - use the WD40.

Hi guys..... I just picked up a new OMD EM-5 Mk II .......lots of technology.....wow..... for lenses I grabbed a Lumix 20mm 1.7, a 14-150 II, and a long range 75-300mm II. All these focal lengths double due to the sensor size of the Micro 4/3 system. The image stabilization which is in the body has a very effective 5 stops of help in hand holding 600mm of 35mm camera range.....
Can't wait for the snowbirds to arrive in April.....very happy so far.....
Love those Pics Ken. Did you notice the spelling of Harbour Air? None of this childish dropping the u. Can always tell someone oo spekes inglish proper like wot we does.
