Is it possible to use the CH Throttle Quadrant in CFS1 and CFS2?     If so, how is it set up?

I'm expecting your speaking of the six lever unit sitting before the pedals in this px?
Since my old Gravis is operating with a USB adaptor, howbeit, with frequent calibration, with my CFS1/2 and FS98/2k2, I'd expect that you should be able to do so with a unit that's actually set up for USB. Try asking on their support link; let them know the specs of what your connecting to (your computer).
