Any help would be deeply appreciated.

My friend is having an issue with the RAF662 multiswapper. It locks up his computer and he has to do a hard shut down. (He does have the VB6 Runtime installed) He's running WinXP

There is a newer version of multiswap available which I'm hoping will solve this problem.
I've given your buddy a link to it via PM, Buzz, and he's going to see if it helps.
