North Africa Campaign mission pack

I'm not looking to start a discussion. I need a wee bit of help. I have downloaded the noth african mission pack and I notice it says that I need Fs98 for it to work right
somrething about scenery. does that mean I need the entire progem on my system or just those files? please e-mail me at pnzrgrndr1@aol.com. I'm an avid africa corps fan and i really want to fly these. I hope somone can help
